Hello peers! I just have to tell you – it’s so nice to connect with those who understand, who have been there and know that the HR world can get quite overwhelming and lonely at times. 

We’re often meant to stay strong and sort things out for everyone else – that’s part of the job description and we, of course, continue to show up for others. We’re just built that way – to care and emphasise. But that often comes at the expense of something else – our wellbeing. 

With my background in HR and Talent Acquisition and now as a Founder of a global HR transformation consultancy, I'm on a mission to gather and provide tools and resources that help to expand our capacity to support ourselves and others.
