About Us
Power to the Purpose is more than just coaching.
It's a way of living through a possibility mindset.
It's about consciously designing your life.
It's a way to discover what's been keeping you from the path you were meant to walk on.
No matter how hopeless the situation seems, how stuck in the daily routine you feel and whether another "but" separates from living a life where your feet kiss the floor every morning, there’s always a way to start again.
There's a way.
Psychological needs and safety always come first and are the foundation for everything else. This includes getting comfortable in our body and attending to its needs. Without that, it will be difficult to build a strong thread between your mind, body and soul (or heart, spirit, or whatever you’re comfortable using here).
For me, this has meant making quite a few significant lifestyle changes in the past decade. This has not only improved the quality of my life but has allowed me to take the steps towards a life that I always dreamt of.
One thing this stage often requires is the realisation that often we can’t do this alone. Whenever you’re ready, put the 3 most powerful words – I need help! – out there and see what happens.
Find your way.
Once we start to stabilise our foundation, we begin to expand our capacity to establish our values, passions and talents. As we evaluate the state of our lives – what matters to us, what we enjoy the most and what are we good at – we consciously start making decisions based on that.
For me, this has meant uncovering and discarding what has been blocking me from moving forward with the help of outside and inner resources.
I remain curious about the deeper meaning and reason behind my behaviours and ways of thinking and operating. Some of my guiding principles are awareness, action, practice and patience. Finding the way certainly doesn’t happen overnight!
It's sexy as hell when you come across someone who is in tune with themselves and wants to grow and evolve as a human being.

Design your way.
Once the foundation and cornerstones are in place, we can build a bridge that connects us from the life we're just getting by towards a life that is consciously created and crafted. Through clearly defined values for your life, you keep that sense of purpose and meaning alive.
For me, this has meant becoming crystal clear, through trial and error, about the kind of life I want to live and the ways I want to show up for myself and others.
It has meant setting healthy boundaries and leaving systems and relationship dynamics that no longer serve me. It has meant opening myself to infinite possibilities by trusting that living a purpose-filled life is my birthright.

Many of us are familiar with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs and the phases until now have followed its principles. I now add a star on top of the triangle to represent the positive shifts that start to take place when we ask for help and show up for this work.
For me, this state of being represents an unshakeable belief that all my experiences, the ups and downs, the setbacks, hardships and pure moments of joy have a bigger purpose – I’m now better equipped to support others in their life quest.
In our personal lives, this is a 3Ps – philosophy, purpose and passion – way of living.
In organisations, this would be the 3P – people, profits and planet – way of operating.
